Day of Wrk

So what do you actually do? Job titles are confusing. And job specs are even more confusing. It’s just all full of jargon.

And this is a massive barrier to entry for people when they’re applying for jobs, especially when they’re from disadvantaged backgrounds and lack a network to speak to about these jobs. So this ultimately leads to less diversity and representation in industries, which sucks.

So I founded Day of Wrk, a platform which houses over 130 authentic day-in-the-life stories all from people of colour to show what people actually do for their jobs. Oh, and I released a few podcast episodes too. Alongside a partnership on a campaign with COPA90, that was cool too.
